TRANSPORTATION
Getting around during tournament week should be simple and stress free. Our shuttle car service is here to make your daily transfers easy, reliable, and comfortable – so you can focus on your game and leave the logistics to us. Whether you’re heading to practice, matches or back to the hotel, we’ve got you covered.
For airport transfers, please arrange airport transportation in advance via WTA UNO and in coordination with the Transportation Manager.

PRACTICE
Every great match starts with good preparation. Whether you’re warming up, polishing details or just enjoying the feel of the court, our practice facilities are ready when you are. It’s your time to build rhythm, gain confidence and get into match mode.
Two practice courts are available, with Milena coordinating the schedule to keep everything running smoothly. Practice courts are open daily from 8 am.

STRINGING
Confidence starts with the right setup. Our professional stringing service is available throughout the tournament to make sure your racquets are always match-ready. Details can be found below.
Center court: Ostravar Arena available from Jan 30 Friday
Practice courts: Ridera Sport available from Jan 28 Wednesday
YONEX service – $25/racquet – deducted from Prize Money

LAUNDRY
Long days on court call for fresh gear. Our laundry service is here to make things easy, so you can stay comfortable and focused throughout the tournament. Find the details below.

DINING
Relax — you won’t go hungry. The Player Restaurant runs daily from Saturday, 31 January to Saturday, 7 February, opening one hour before the first ball is hit and closing one hour after the last match begins.
On Friday, 30 January, food is available 11:30–15:30. Tennis first, food always.
Lunch buffet 11:30 – 15:30, Dinner buffet 17:30 – 21:30 and if you miss the clock, the pasta and salad bar stays open from the very beginning until the end.The restaurant is located on the highest floor of the main arena, offering a center court view, and is accessible from the player area via the elevator.
If you prefer a change of scenery, you are welcome to explore a selection of recommended restaurants in the city of Ostrava.
In case you need to purchase an additional lunch or dinner voucher, please do not hesitate to contact the Players’ Desk. One voucher costs USD 25, and the amount can be deducted from the prize money.
